Astern ve Ahead gears disassembled location and transferred to workshop.
Astern ve Ahead gears and bearing disassemble in workshop.
Ahead & Astern gears rubber, ring, and gears ordered for renewing with original spare part.
Inner disc ve outer disc renewed with new spare part.
Changing, renewing, measuring and assembled back.
Input gears disassembled, transfer to WS, checked, change ball bearing and gears with O-rings.
After Input ve output gears checked all bearings was changed, and shaft O-ring -bearing checked and changed, Gear fully box opened and cleaned oil tank and pan.
Ahead & astern gear transferred to vessel back after maintenance repair and overhaul, assembled location. Trust bearing checked and measure and re-fitted.
